Canada Unified Services Inc. – Cancellation Policy

At Canada Unified Services Inc., we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs as best as possible. However, in order to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time and efforts of our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window:

• Clients wishing to cancel a scheduled cleaning service must provide notice at least 2 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to notify us, will incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost.
• If a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be non-refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation falls outside the acceptable notice period.

Method of Contact for Cancellation:

• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us directly by either calling (403) 778-2218 or emailing us at info@unifiedservices.ca.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that we receive your cancellation request in a timely manner. Cancellations made through any other method, such as text messages or online platforms, will not be considered valid unless confirmed by our team.

No Show Policy:

• If the client does not show up for the scheduled service or fails to notify us in advance, the full service cost will be charged.

Rescheduling:

• If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new requested time, subject to availability.

Deposit Terms:

• Any deposits paid for services are subject to the non-refundable policy mentioned above unless the cancellation occurs within the allowable window.
